We offer a supportive, inclusive benefits package for growing families. From day one, you get up to 52 weeks of maternity leave, holiday accrual, paid antenatal appointments, and flexible Keeping in Touch days. After two years, you may qualify for Enhanced Maternity Pay, topped up to 80% for weeks 7–12. From April 2026, Paternity Leave is available from day one, and after two years, up to six weeks’ leave, including four weeks paid at 80%, within two years of birth. Enhanced pay exceeds statutory entitlements, and unpaid leave is available for appointments. We support shared parenting, flexibility, and families.

Our Cycle to Work Scheme provides an excellent opportunity to acquire a new bicycle while making cost savings. The expenses can be distributed over monthly installments deducted directly from your salary, and since these payments are taken from your pre-tax income, you will also benefit from reduced national insurance contributions.

We provide all our employees with a holiday allowance of 31 days per year, which includes Bank Holidays. This amount exceeds the standard UK entitlement by three days. Employees are welcome to take these days at any convenient time during the year, as long as they obtain approval from their immediate line manager beforehand.

All employees will be enrolled on our company pension scheme upon successful completion of a probation period. Our pension scheme operates via salary sacrifice, meaning tax and National Insurance savings for you on any contributions, and as an employer, we will also contribute a certain percentage in too.
